How it works

CareTick was built on a simple but powerful belief – that care should never be shadowed by doubt or confusion.

The App

The CareTick app is the hub for both participants and providers. It securely logs each shift in real time, sends instant notifications, and creates easy-to-share reports for plan managers or support coordinators. 

Wristband Or Card

Participants choose a wearable wristband or credit-card-style device – their personal CareTick ID. Support workers tap their phone on it at the start and end of each visit, instantly confirming attendance and hours worked.

The QR Code Option

For participants who prefer digital simplicity, the CareTick app generates a unique QR code that refreshes every few minutes, preventing misuse. Providers simply scan the code to clock on or off – fast, secure, and fool-proof.
